Large room with kitchenette, convenient air conditioning, spacious dining area
Outdated facilities needing repairs!!! Noisy atmosphere from strip club music and loud staff communication disrupted relaxation!!! Lack of nearby dining options and concerns about evening security are also frustrating!!!

The location is fantastic and made getting around really easy. I loved the spacious room with its cozy sitting area and kitchenette. The bed felt comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure, which is a big plus after a long day exploring the city. Breakfast options were decent, but I wished there were more varieties to choose from. I faced some issues with the wifi. it was spotty at times, which made it hard to stay connected. On the last night, it got a bit noisy from the adjacent club, waking me up when I was trying to rest. Despite that, I'd still consider returning for the great location and pleasant stay.

The double room was very spacious and had a microwave and air conditioning, which made our stay super comfy. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and also appreciated the live entertainment options nearby. The only downside was the small breakfast menu, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 🌞

Had an awesome time here with friends! We explored the main square and enjoyed the rooftop restaurant a lot. The staff is really friendly, and the rooms are spacious with comfy beds. Just a heads up, the breakfast could have a few more options, but overall, great value. The location is perfect for walking around and hitting up local spots.
One downside was the unreliable elevator service. it could be frustrating at times, especially for those on higher floors or needing mobility help.

The breakfast spread was simply delightful, especially those cold cuts that had me dreaming of more! Plus, the staff was super helpful and the room was spacious and comfy!
The hotel felt a bit dated, lacking the sleekness seen in the pics, but we still had hot water and a cozy bed to crash in after our Santiago adventures.

Spacious double room that included a refrigerator and microwave. The rooftop breakfast was enjoyable with tasty options, especially the coffee and scones. However, a blocked toilet upon arrival was inconvenient, and the front desk service was lacking due to language barriers. Additionally, the immediate area had a strip club nearby, which may be off-putting for some guests.

Convenient Location with Friendly Staff
During our stay, the reception team made us feel at home, helping with every request. The mini kitchenette was a lifesaver for late-night snacks, and the breakfast options started each day on a bright note. Just a heads-up, coffee pods come at a cost.

Solo traveler, good but a bit pricey
I stayed just one night and it was better than expected. The room had a kitchenette and a dining area that felt like an apartment! Plus, breakfast on the rooftop was pretty impressive, eggs, cheese, fruit, and even coffee, all for free.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable for what I got.
